Dress to celebrate! We suggest cocktail attire—something you'd wear to a nice evening wedding or special event. Cocktail dresses, colorful dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, blazers, and dress shoes are all wonderful choices.

Guest Arrival 3:30 PM

Please arrive by 3:30 PM for parking, check-in, and seating before the ceremony.

Ceremony 4:00 PM

Vineyard Ceremony at Danza Del Sol Winery.

Cocktail Hour 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Cocktail hour with drinks, appetizers, and photos.

Dinner & Dancing until 10:00 PM

Reception in the Barrel Room. The venue event time concludes at 10:00 PM.

After-Party after 10:00 PM

Following the reception, shuttles will take guests to Old Town Temecula. For those who would like to keep the celebration going we'll start at Blackbird Tavern, and guests are welcome to join us there or explore the area on their own.

Recommended accommodations in Downtown Temecula, Old Town, and near the wedding venue. For guests traveling with family or groups, Airbnb and vacation rental options are also widely available throughout the area.

36130 Meadow Ridge Rd, Temecula, CA 92592. Kate and Hamahito will be staying here. Closer to the wedding venue, but not close to downtown or Blackbird Tavern; guests should plan transportation back if they go out afterward.

28400 Rancho California Road, Temecula, CA 92590. Another Hilton option near Old Town Temecula and I-15, with suite-style rooms.

For low-key wedding weekend downtime, Old Town Temecula is good for walking around, Temecula Wine Country has plenty of wineries nearby, and there are several easy activity options around the area.

Old Town Temecula

Walkable historic district with shops, restaurants, patios, tasting rooms, and western-style storefronts. Good low-effort outdoor stop for strolling before dinner or between wedding weekend plans.

Temecula Wine Country has many tasting rooms, vineyard patios, and scenic spots nearby. Check hours and reservations if you want to visit during the wedding weekend.
